Appraisal Clause Representation: All insurance policies provide an appraisal caluse, which gives you the right to challenge the insurers' settlement. It can be used in the repair process or if the vehicle is a total loss. Diminished Value Assessments: This service includes an inspection of the repairs made, along with a review of insurance and shop paperwork and a report of the Diminished Value. In determining the Diminution Value of a vehicle the N.C.P.I. - Civil 106.62 Property Damages-Diminution in Market Value (Replacement May 2000) will be followed as the main guide. Price will be quoted and retainer will be required. Total Loss Assistance: Use this service if you think the insurer is under-valuing your vehicle. Service incudes an inspection of the vehicle, and full documentation on value using the N.A.D.A Official Used Car Guide Southeastern Edition Guide for determination of values for vehicles without prior damage history. Used-Car Pre-purchase Inspections: DO NOT rely on an AutoCheck or CARFAX report about the used-car you may be purchasing. Auto Insurers DO NOT report all damaged vehicles.
