To Whom It May Concern,

I was in an automobile accident on January 14, 2004.  As you can see by the photographs, I was rear-ended and this was just the beginning of my five month nightmare.

I had recently purchased this 2003 Honda Accord EX and so logically I wanted it fixed at a certified body shop in Concord.  As you can also see by the second picture, everything appeared to be okay and in about one month I was driving my car again.  At that point, I wanted diminished value on my car to be paid by the insurance company and that is when I got recommended to Mr. Danny Wyatt.

On our first meeting, Mr. Wyatt found multiple things wrong with the repair work done to my car.  This included things such as water leaking badly into the trunk and my quarter panels were installed incorrectly, which not only voided the warranty on my new car but made it dangerous for my son and I to ride in.  And that was just the beginning of what was wrong.  I then went back to the body shop to try and resolve the problems, only to get the run around.
To make a long story short, with Mr. Wyatt’s help, he was able to convince the dealership who’s body shop repaired my car that it would be in the dealership’s best interest to buy my car back.  Knowing they were in the wrong, the General Manager not only bought my car back, but assisted me into a new 2004 Honda Accord EX with some expense to the dealership and this has actually made my monthly payments lower.

As an average customer, I would have never known about any of this without Mr. Wyatt’s help.  It would be my recommendation that if you have had your car repaired, if for anything but your own piece of mind, to have it looked at by Mr. Wyatt.  Ultimately it was the best money I ever spent!
