I wanted to take the time to thank you for your help with my 1994 Ford Ranger. We had considerable trouble keeping our truck in alignment and problems with tires since it was repaired by a local popular body shop in 1998.

You inspected our truck and found repairs were not properly made, and mentioned at the time the truck should have been totaled back in 1998 if repairs had been properly estimated.

Thru your efforts and help working with my insurance company and the body shop, we persisted until our insurance company declared our truck a total loss on September 8, 2004. We received a payoff check and were able to purchase and keep our truck for salvage value.

Thank you again for your help and guidance. Your expertise and your personal attention to details has resulted in us finally being compensated properly by our insurance company for our loss in 1998.
