This thank you note is from a lady whose 2000 Lincoln Town Car sustained over $8000.00 in damage to the right side at about 45mph. When I inspected the vehicle I had to remove the seats and carpet. With the seats and carpet out of the way, I could actually see the ground. The insurance company that paid for the repairs sent a re-inspector out along with their body shop manager from the dealership where this vehicle was repaired. They looked at the bad repairs that I had discovered. To make a long story short, this direct repair body shop for the insurance company bought back this 2000 Lincoln Town Car. The names of both the insurance company and dealership have been blacked out since this matter was settled.
